Job Overview

Join our award‑winning team at Fisher Senior Care and Rehab Center. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide compassionate care and companionship to our residents, supporting activities of daily living and monitoring changes that inform the clinical team.

Compensation
  • Starting hourly wage $17.15
  • $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
  • Shift premium for 2nd shift: $1.50 per hour
  • Total start earning potential: over $22.05 per hour

Shift & Scheduling
  • 8‑hour shifts; all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities
  • Perform and document patient care following individualized care plans – bathing, skin care, mouth care, shaving, dressing, etc.
  • Measure and record nutritional intake, vital signs, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory status; document catheter and bowel/bladder care.
  • Assist with turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation; support physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapies.
  • Observe and report changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service, fostering a positive, healing environment for residents, families, and visitors.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program.
  • Current CNA certification from the State of Michigan.
  • Excellent customer‑service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
  • Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and accomplishing tasks.
  • Valid possession of a Michigan driver’s license is preferred.
