Certified Nurse Aide - CNA

About the Role

Join our award-winning team at Fisher Senior Care and Rehab Center. Our Nurse Assistants are more than caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests, building relationships with patients and families while assisting with activities of daily living.

You will earn over $22.05 to start with a starting wage of $17.15 per hour and a shift premium for 2nd shift of $1.50 per hour
. Additional $3.40 per hour Hero Pay is available. • 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Part‑time and full‑time positions available.
• All shifts available.

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans; bathing, skin care, oral care, shaving and dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by encouraging participation.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families and visitors, fostering a positive environment.

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program.
• Current CNA Nursing Assistant certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
