Cedar Creek provides evidence‑based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition.
As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Registered Nurse RN Rover/Admissions position.
The Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) Rover position with Cedar Creek Hospital:
- Is a clinical resource for unit staff during daily activities.
- Facilitates the admission and belonging process from the Intake Department, ambulance bay and to the designated unit.
- Completes nurse‑to‑nurse assessments with other healthcare facilities and communicates with Internal Medicine as needed.
- Completes internal nursing assessments.
- Is competent in assessing, planning, and delivering care for patients with co‑occurring disorders.
- Continually assesses and reassesses the patient’s medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
- Participates with other team members in planning and implementing the patient’s treatment plan.
- Works with both adult and adolescent populations.
Full Time, 3 12‑hour shifts per week, 12pm-12:30am. This position also includes an every third weekend rotation.

Qualifications- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Michigan required.
- Previous psychiatric experience required.
