Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility to provide quality nursing care to residents during evening shifts. The RN will monitor resident health, administer medications, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes
Complete nursing documentation and assessments
Assist with care planning and resident support
Communicate with physicians, staff, and families
Requirements
Active RN license
LTC or Nursing Home experience preferred
BLS certification preferred
