We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a home health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Cass City and surrounding areas. The position is eligible for a $10,000 first‑year success bonus.

• Deliver skilled, patient‑centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you.

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work.
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
