What You’ll Do

• Provide Emergency Medicine coverage as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Evaluate and treat patients across all ages
• Work onsite with ED Physicians/ED RN support
• Manage an average patient volume of approximately 36 patients/day (per assignment reporting)
• Use Meditech for documentation/charting
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient care as needed within the ED setting
• Participate in a brief onsite orientation 1 day prior to your first scheduled shift

What You Need
Required

• NP/PA for Emergency Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: YES
• Ability to treat patients of all ages
• Relevant, active licensure/certifications to practice (specific requirements not listed)

Preferred

• Emergency Department experience (not specified in years)

About the Assignment
This is an onsite Emergency Department (ED) locum opportunity at a leading facility in Hancock, MI. The schedule includes evening coverage and support from ED physicians and nursing staff, with documentation in Meditech and board eligibility/certification required. Temp privileges are granted in needed situations, and travel/lodging are available if needed.
