Details & Benefits- Schedule:
5:00am - 7:00pm, 3 days per week including rotating Saturdays with Sundays off. - Oversee a group of 12 dialysis patients with up to 3 fully trained PCTs.
- Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility.

- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work 14‑hour shifts including weekends and holidays.
- 30 %: Supervises and performs direct patient care: vital signs, dialysis initiation and termination, documentation, physical assessments, transcription of orders, drawing and documenting ordered lab work.
- 20 %: Provides dialysis therapy: formulates dialysis plan per orders, adjusts ultrafiltration, verifies safety measures, administers medications, discontinues dialysis per procedure, documents all activity.
- 20 %: Analyzes patient assessments and lab data; reports concerns to physician; notes signs of trauma; reviews dialysis orders; documents observations; communicates emergencies to supervisor, Medical Director, etc.
- 15 %: Assesses patient and family learning readiness; provides information on renal disease, dialysis treatment, and regimen; participates in development and implementation of short‑ and long‑term care plan and monthly progress note.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or three‑year diploma from accredited program acceptable.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Medical Surgical helpful but not required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
