Registered Nurse; RN- Charlevoix, MI

Charlevoix, MI | 8 Hours/Week | Starting at $38/hour

You’ll work inside an employer-sponsored clinic, caring for a defined patient population — not a revolving door of appointments. This model allows you to provide thoughtful, proactive care in a calmer and more predictable environment, while still being supported by Health Bar’s broader clinical team.

This is proactive, employer-based healthcare designed to improve long-term both patient and clinician well-being.

• Provide onsite nursing care, including preventive, chronic, and episodic support to employees, spouses, and dependents
• Assist with care coordination and follow-up care planning
• Collaborate with Health Bar providers and clinical team on patient care needs
• Conduct screenings, vitals, lab draws, and basic clinical assessments
• Support chronic disease management and prevention-focused initiatives
• Coordinate care with external provider networks as needed
• Maintain required licensure and certifications

• One 8-hour shift, any day Monday through Thursday
• Starting at $38/hour, based on experience

To practice safely and compliantly, we do need:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, occupational health, public health, school nursing, or outpatient experience welcomed)
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

The pay range for this role is: 38 - 45 USD per hour (HPP - Harbor Industries Charlevoix).
