What You'll Do
- Assist staff nurses in providing patient care in a Long Term Care setting
- Follow established procedures for treatment and patient safety
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Recognize and respond appropriately to patient needs and conditions
- Support patient and family-centered care initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
What You Need
Required:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of LTC or rehab experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Ability to work Day shifts effectively
