Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Home Care – Bloomfield Hills, MI

Care One Senior Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a private-duty client in their home.

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 3 Days Per Week

• $33.00–$35.00 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building relationships and taking a leadership role in a home care setting.

• Serve as the lead nurse for an in-home client
• Provide tube feeding and skilled nursing care
• Organize and manage medical supplies
• Coordinate care and communicate with the family and Care One office
• Accompany the client to physician appointments and assist with care coordination
• Provide Foley catheter care
• Assist with range of motion (ROM) exercises
• Observe, document, and report changes in condition
• Maintain a safe and organized care environment

• Active Michigan LPN license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with tube feeding, catheter care, and skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Current TB test required prior to employment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
