• LPN Starting Wage: $30.15 per hour

• 12‑hour shifts – 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (needed)
• Part‑time opportunities available

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive and healing environment.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed, advising patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care focused on the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• Required: Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and solve complex problems concerning patient well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and ensuring patient care objectives are met.
