Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing night shift care in a 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility. Supports resident health and wellbeing during 11 PM–7 AM shifts. Works with physicians, nurses, and staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
