Location: Saint Johns
Universal Hospital Services Inc. is seeking a Temporary Intake Nurse/Social Worker for Cedar Creek Hospital in Michigan. This position offers a premium pay rate of $60/hour for a 12-week assignment with 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7:30am, including every other weekend.
The Intake Nurse will be responsible for assessing requests for services, coordinating with physicians, and supporting patients through the intake process. Candidates must hold a current RN, LLMSW, or LMSW license in Michigan, with preference given to those with experience in psychiatric care and intake.
