Oversee 10 OR units—state‑of‑the‑art surgical suites designed for high‑acuity, complex cases across multiple service lines—within a surgical platform that is a regional healthcare leader in comprehensive surgical services and advanced operating room technology.

Report to the Director of Perioperative Services and collaborate closely with anesthesia leadership, surgical chiefs, sterile processing, PACU, and quality leaders; lead friendly nurses, skilled surgical technologists, and a diverse healthcare professional team committed to just culture and continuous improvement.

• Daily OR operations, staffing and scheduling
• Block optimization, turnover improvement, preference card integrity
