Role Overview
- Lead and collaborate in providing management and delivery of patient care plans for home health patients in McBain and surrounding areas.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of employment.
- Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing.
- Minimum one year of RN experience with clinical competence.
- Current driver’s license and ability to drive approximately 20% of the day to patient locations.
- Strong charting skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Self‑management of time and schedule.
- Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
