About Pine Ridge

Pine Ridge is a 111‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility certified for Medicare and Medicaid with 33 private rooms and 39 semi‑private rooms. The facility offers shower and restroom facilities, a beauty salon and barber shop, walking paths, state‑of‑the‑art rehabilitation areas for physical, occupational, or speech therapy, and cozy relaxation spaces. Care is provided for individuals requiring short‑term rehabilitation, long‑term skilled nursing, hospice, respite or restorative care, and certified wound care.

The RN delivers professional nursing care under the ANA scope of practice, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients. The RN provides quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader according to Corewell Health policies and procedures, integrating patient‑family centered care principles. The RN partners with patients and families, utilizes their input and goals in planning the plan of care, and develops teaching strategies, with documentation in the health record.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• State of Michigan RN license upon hire
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved nursing program
• State of Michigan LPN license upon hire
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Healthcare experience
