• Starting Wage: $33.15 per hour for Registered Nurse
• Shift Premium: $5.00 per night shift

• 12‑hour shifts – rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time or part‑time positions available – night shifts 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications per physician orders and advise patients and families about medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed at the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients
• Oversee the Nurse’s Aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment

• Current Michigan RN license and current CPR certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher
• Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to complex health challenges
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and getting the job done
