• Work with a diverse team of caregivers to evaluate, triage and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical well‑being.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
• Stand and walk for long periods; bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
• Easily lift 20 pounds; may occasionally lift patients up to 50 pounds.
• Handle the fast‑paced environment with good stress‑coping skills and be able to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (minimum 2 years).
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
