Registered Nurse
This position requires performing duties to assist staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients. The role is under the direct supervision and/or direction of the department manager, director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader. The nurse strives for superior performance by consistently providing a service that significantly contributes to the patient and family experience. Understanding and demonstrating knowledge of patient and family-centered care is essential.
Attendance is critically important as a strict attendance policy is in place. Absences from scheduled shifts or tardiness of over 20 minutes will lead to termination after three occurrences, barring documented evidence of extenuating circumstances.
