LPN/LVN Per Diem - Long Term Care

This position follows AHSA's clinical interview process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hours—via phone and text where applicable—with decisions typically made the same day or by the next business day. Supervises and performs direct and indirect resident care as specified by individual resident care plans and physician orders according to federal, state and facility rules, regulations and policies.
