SURGICAL SERVICES MANAGER – Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital, Laurium, MI

Join a dedicated team and lead daily operations of the operating room, pre- and post‑operative services, endoscopy, and sterile processing. Collaborate closely with surgeons and staff to ensure high‑quality, safe, and efficient patient care with a strong focus on service excellence.

Full time, 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period)

The Surgical Services Manager will provide leadership in the day‑to‑day operation of the operating room and surrounding services, ensuring safe and efficient patient care.

• Knowledge of patient care standards and management practices in a healthcare environment normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Nursing Management, or Healthcare Administration, or a Bachelor's degree within a mutually agreed timeframe based on experience.
• Graduation from a school of nursing, valid Michigan Registered Nurse License, current CPR and ACLS.
• CNOR certification desired.
• At least 3 to 4 years of clinical surgical services experience.
• Prior nursing management experience of comprehensive surgical services and/or management of an ambulatory clinical setting required.
