In this role, you become the steady, compassionate presence our residents count on each day — offering care that protects their dignity, honors their individuality and reinforces their freedom of choice. You’ll spend time with each resident, getting to know their rhythms and stories, observing subtle shifts in their physical or emotional well‑being, and documenting what you see so their care remains thoughtful and responsive.

Your voice becomes a bridge between residents, families and the wider care team, ensuring everyone stays informed, supported and connected. As you guide the nursing staff on your unit, you help create an environment where teamwork thrives and every action reflects the policies and values that keep our community safe.

You’ll respond to questions and concerns with the calm confidence residents and families rely on, all while upholding the highest standards of safety and infection control. Every interaction — every conversation, every assessment, every moment of leadership — becomes part of the meaningful, person‑centered care that defines our mission.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Michigan Board of Nursing (required).
• Successful completion of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in home health, medical, surgical or critical care is preferred.

  Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem.
• Shift: Night Shift, 12‑hour shifts.
• Weekends:
  Every other weekend rotation for Full-time and Part-time, required.
• Pay rate: $35.90–$38.40 per hour, based on licensure.
• Night shift differential: $1.00 per hour.
