Location: Grayling
Join a supportive, resident-focused healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Responsibilities- Assessing, evaluating, and providing direct resident care according to care plans
- Administering medications and treatments based on resident needs
- Supervising and supporting nursing assistants
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinical policies
- Promoting resident safety, dignity, and well-being
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Ability to administer medications (IV certification as applicable)
- Knowledge of state regulations and clinical policies
- Positive attitude, excellent attendance, and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for caring and improving residents' lives
- Full-time roles with day/night and 12-hour shifts available
