Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift

Connected Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join one of our trusted partner facilities in Ishpeming, Michigan. This 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility is committed to delivering exceptional resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

  11:00 PM 7:00 AM*
• Shift: Nights*
• Hours:
  
  5x8 schedule (40 hours per week)*
• Location:
  
  Ishpeming, MI

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed*
• Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team*
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation*
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals*
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care*
• Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan*
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred*
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills*
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
