$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

Opportunity: RN - ER

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 6-week contract
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• May be placed on low census call with a minimum 2-hour call back requirement
• ICU float preferred but not required
• 10-bed emergency department with annual volume of 11,500
• 2 RNs to cover 10-bed ER with additional overlap of 2 to 4 hours
• Trauma Level IV facility
• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• ECI Triage training and splinting skills required
• Required certifications: MI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Any color scrubs permitted

This facility is a community-based hospital offering emergency services within a 10-bed emergency department that serves a significant annual patient volume. The facility operates as a Trauma Level IV center, providing essential emergency care to the surrounding region. Staff work collaboratively in a close-knit environment with additional coverage overlap to ensure quality patient care is consistently delivered.
