Location: Dimondale Nursing Care Center, 4000 N Michigan Rd, Dimondale, MI 48821

You will have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care across orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology.

• Starting wages: $29.15 - $32.15 per hour
• Shift premium: $4.00 per hour for 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM; $5.00 per hour for 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Hero pay: $3.40 per hour

• Perform a variety of treatments: IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, peritoneal dialysis, etc.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patients' physiological and psychosocial well‑being
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors
• Oversee Nurse Aide team by giving direction, assignments, training, and participating in recognition and evaluations

• Current LPN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher
• Analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and solve complex wellness problems
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and achieving goals

• 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays
