• Starting wages: $35.15 - $38.15 per hour based on years of certification
  • Shift premium $4.00 per hour during 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Shift premium $5.00 per hour during 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Hero pay: $3.40 per hour

• Sign‑on bonus: $12,000 on NIGHTS (or $6,000 for Part Time)

• Full‑time position available
• All shifts include rotating weekends & some holidays
  • Days or Nights – 12 hr shifts

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care to enhance patients’ physiologic and psychosocial well‑being
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors; foster a positive, healthy environment
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, directing assignments, providing training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Michigan, current CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher
• High analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and achieving goals
