Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Cheboygan, MI

Contract | Days | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care in a 24/7 emergency department setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening trauma
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists in Heart & Vascular Services, Neurosciences, Radiology, Anesthesiology, and Surgery
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Cerner EMR

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience
• Current Michigan RN license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR
