Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13‑week contract in Maple City, Michigan. Provide skilled nursing and long‑term care services on a flexible day or night 3x12‑hour schedule. Deliver high‑quality patient care and support team operations in a skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Provide wound care, catheter management, and other routine nursing procedures.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and discharge planning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehabilitation, or post‑acute care setting
- Availability to work either day or night shifts on a 3x12‑hour schedule
- Ability to work rotating weekends as needed
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
- First Aid certification (preferred)
- ACLS certification (preferred)
