Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes. You'll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

About the Client A kind and fun 18-year-old woman. We are seeking a compassionate private duty nurse to provide care for a wonderful 18-year-old female who has a rare medical condition. She has a trach and vent but enjoys playing cards, watching movies, and adores having bonfires with her little sister and parents. This loving home is non smoking and contains 2 small dogs.

Shift Times 10:00pm- 9:00am on Thursday and Friday OR Friday and Saturday Looking for August Night Shifts? The Calendar is Wide Open!

Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care) Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) Communicate with families and care teams Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

Schedule & Pay Full-time and part-time shifts available Day, night, and weekend shifts Weekly pay + optional daily pay Competitive pay based on experience

Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required) Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided) Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Patient Population Pediatrics (birth–21 years) Adults with complex medical needs
