This position involves providing care and treatment to patients in a long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of the department manager, charge nurse, or team leader. The role includes assisting staff nurses in delivering patient care in line with established methods and procedures. Striving for superior performance is essential by consistently contributing to the patient and family experience.
You must recognize and demonstrate an understanding of patient and family-centered care. A strict attendance policy is in place, and any contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or arrives more than 20 minutes late for three shifts will face immediate termination. Exceptions for communicable diseases or hospitalizations will be reviewed with supporting evidence.
Weekly Pay: $1936 - $2038
