Hours:
36–40 Hours per Week The Director Of Nursing (Don) Is Responsible For Overseeing All Nursing Operations Within The Facility, Ensuring High-Quality Patient Care, Regulatory Compliance, And Effective Staff Management. This Role Requires Strong Leadership, Clinical Expertise, And The Ability To Manage Nursing Teams In A Long-Term Care Or Skilled Nursing Environment.
• Minimum 3–5+ Years Of Nursing Leadership Experience
• Active Michigan Rn License (Required Prior To Start)
• Experience In Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Or Similar Settings
• Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance And Nursing Operations
• Proven Experience In Staff Supervision And Team Leadership
• Experience As A Director Of Nursing Or Assistant Don
• Familiarity With State And Federal Healthcare Regulations (Cms, Etc.)
• Strong Organizational And Communication Skills
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Facility
• Onsite Role In St. Ignace, Mi
• Leadership-Focused Clinical Environment
• Must Be Flexible With Day Shifts And Leadership Responsibilities
• Ability To Manage Staffing, Scheduling, And Compliance
