Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant
Hours for our clinic on Broad St. are 8am to 6pm Monday through Thursday. Hillsdale Health and Wellness Walk-In Clinic hours are weekdays plus Saturdays. Will work Saturdays on a rotation.

Master's degree required, 3 years' experience preferred
Current Michigan Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
Perform annual wellness exams, pre-employment physicals, treat injuries and illnesses, and promote good health and disease prevention
Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
Recommend diagnostic or therapeutic interventions with attention to safety, cost, invasiveness, simplicity, acceptability, adherence, and efficacy
Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays
Prescribe medication
Educate patients about prevention and self-management of acute or chronic illnesses, tailoring instructions to patients' individual circumstances
Monitor patients' conditions and maintain accurate, detailed and confidential reports and records
Create a comfortable, non-judgmental, compassionate environment for patients
