Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state of the art 72-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Registered Nurse RN Rover/Admissions position.

DescriptionThe Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) Rover position with Cedar Creek Hospital:
- Is a clinical resource for unit staff during daily activities.
- Facilitates the admission and belonging process from the Intake Department, ambulance bay and to the designated unit.
- Completes nurse to nurse assessments with other healthcare facilities and communicates with Internal Medicine as needed.
- Completes internal nursing assessments.
- Is competent in assessing, planning, and delivering care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
- Continually assesses and reassesses the patient’s medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
- Participates with other team members in planning and implementing the patient’s treatment plan.
- Works with both adult and adolescent population.
Full Time, 3 12-hour shifts per week, 6pm to 6:30am. This position also includes an every third weekend rotation.

Qualifications RequirementsRegistered Nurse licensed in the State of Michigan required
Previous psychiatric experience required
