Description:
This position is an ASAP start. Candidates must be willing to complete fingerprints and medical within 24-48 hours of acceptance. As an LPN, you will play a hands-on role in both resident care and team leadership. You will deliver direct nursing care to residents with kindness and clinical skill. You will supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants during your shift. You will administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
You will accurately document care and maintain resident records. You will participate in updating care plans and supporting resident-centered outcomes. You will promote safety, infection control, and policy compliance throughout your shift. You will provide assistance with daily resident needs as required.
