Corewell Health Hospice is seeking a registered nurse to assess, plan, implement, and coordinate end-of-life care for patients and families. You will create a plan of care using the nursing process and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.
The role requires an Associate’s degree in nursing, Michigan RN license, and 1 year of hospice experience. CPR within 90 days of hire.
