Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) - 1:1 Home Care Job Summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes. You'll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low‑stress, relationship‑based setting.

We are seeking a compassionate private duty nurse to provide care for a wonderful 18-year-old female who has a rare medical condition. She has a trach and vent but enjoys playing cards, watching movies, and adores having bonfires with her little sister and parents. This loving home is non smoking and contains 2 small dogs.

10:00pm- 9:00am on Thursday and Friday OR Friday and Saturday

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Communicate with families and care teams

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
