We’re seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care - Lowell team in
Lowell, Michigan

Opportunity Details

• Position Type:Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule:Enjoy 36 hours of direct patient care and 4 hours of protected administrative time, spread over 4 to 4.5 days per week.
• Location:1120 W Main St, Lowell, MI
• Specialty:Family Medicine
• Team Size:The practice will be staffed with four providers—two physicians and two APPs—working together in a highly supportive environment.
• Call Requirements:No on call for APPs
• Additional details:
  • Brand-new Primary Care office for the organization with an early Summer 2027 targeted grand opening!
  • Full-spectrum primary care: APP will manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care across all age groups.

    The new office will have 12 exam rooms for Primary Care and feature on-site Urgent Care and Radiology services.

Requirements

• Experience preferred
• Board certified prior to employment
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
