Your role will involve:

• Providing resident care according to approved Care Plans
• Assisting with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
• Following infection control procedures and proper documentation practices
• Reporting any violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents

What you bring to the team:

• Completed CNA/STNA Course and current state license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
• Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attendance
• Passion for enhancing residents' quality of life
