LPN Travel Contract - Skilled Nursing & LTC. 13-week assignment in or near Maple City, Michigan, providing compassionate patient care and leading nursing staff in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate patient care following established nursing protocols and facility standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, treatments, and interventions in electronic health records.
Supervise and support CNA staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Execute timely assessments, administer medications, and ensure safety compliance during all shifts.
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
CPR certification.
At least 1 year of charge nurse experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
Ability to work rotating weekends.
Flexible scheduling.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Skills:
First Aid certification (preferred).
ACLS certification (preferred).

You hold a valid LPN license with CPR certification. You have at least one year charge nurse experience. You excel in leadership, communication, and weekend flexibility
