LPN/LVN - Long Term Care/SNF

Join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a 13-week assignment working night shifts from 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM with 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, ADON, or DON, the LPN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans.

This role requires flexibility to float to units where the clinician has experience and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while adhering to facility policies and nursing practice standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of SNF/LTC experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Active Michigan LPN/LVN License required
• BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross) required
• COVID-19 Vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions reviewed case-by-case)
• Ability to float to units where experienced required
• Must be flexible with scheduling; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed
• Work history/resume required at submission
• Home/taxable address required in profile
• Skills checklist completed within the last year required
• References highly preferred
• License verification required
• Must work every other weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
