Concerto Renal Services seeks a Dialysis Nurse to join its team, supervising dialysis care in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. You will provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients on renal health and self-care.
You will lead the dialysis team, delegate tasks to technicians, monitor patient responses, document care plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and state/federal regulations.
