Heritage and Company, Inc. is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Mowing Foreman to oversee our mowing crews and ensure exceptional lawn care service for our clients. This position is perfect for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working outside!
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of lawn maintenance crew members in mowing, trimming, and maintaining lawns.
- Assign daily tasks to crew members, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and readiness for all mowing operations, including routine checks and minor repairs.
- Train team members on best practices for mowing techniques, safety, and client service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and work completed.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate well with clients and crew members.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to perform outdoor labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
