R&D Landscape

Location: Eaton Rapids, MI

Pay: Starting at $19.00-$25.00 per hour
, depending on experience.

R&D Landscape is a full-service landscape company specializing in landscape construction, maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, and snow management throughout Mid-Michigan.

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to build a long-term career in landscape construction. Whether you're an experienced installer or someone looking to grow into a leadership position, we want to hear from you.

• Install landscape beds, trees, shrubs, and plant material.
• Assist with retaining walls, patios, drainage systems, grading, and landscape construction.
• Operate landscape construction equipment as experience allows.
• Work safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Assist foremen with project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Landscape construction experience preferred.
• Construction experience is helpful.
• Ability to learn equipment operation.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic.
• Coachable attitude.
• Interest in long-term career growth.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and work outdoors throughout the day.
• Ability to regularly lift materials and equipment.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
