Pool Assistant

Overview

Full time seasonal position at our beautiful resort!

Outdoor Adventures is looking to add new team members to its roster of motivated employees. We are seeking fun, personable people who believe in putting in an honest day’s work while maintaining good relationships with the members we serve. A successful Pool Assistant will be ready and willing to provide exceptional customer service at all times, with a cheerful disposition and a commitment to quality entertainment for our members and their guests.

• Present the utmost professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
• Monitor and enforce all pool rules and regulations.
• Adhere to and enforce all safety procedures.
• Work with all age groups (children, teens and adults).
• Greet new arrivals and maintain a clean environment.
• Carry out any other reasonable task assigned by a manager to meet the operational demands of the resort.

• Experience with customer service, lifeguarding, pool monitoring or related is preferred.
• Experience with pool cleaning and opening/closing of pool equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical fitness - ability to walk, stand, lift, or meet other physical demands.
• Adaptability and strong organization and time management skills.
• Patience and compassion when dealing with others.
• Flexibility to work when needed, especially evenings, weekends, or early mornings.
• Willingness to adhere to and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
