Landscaping Crew Member

Job Overview

Mariani Landscape-Michigan is seeking a dedicated Crew Member to maintain and enhance diverse outdoor landscapes. Responsibilities include direct lawn and garden care, seasonal pruning, and the use of landscaping equipment to meet high visual and health standards.

• Conduct general maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, edging, and trimming.
• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.
• Remove weeds and dead plants to preserve landscape health.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves to maintain an appealing appearance.
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers.

• Minimum of one year proven experience as a Landscaper or similar role.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
