Pay: Starting at $19.00-$25.00 per hour
, depending on experience.

R&D Landscape is a full-service landscape company specializing in landscape construction, maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, and snow management throughout Mid-Michigan.

• Operate commercial mowers and lawn maintenance equipment.
• Mow residential and commercial properties with attention to quality and detail.
• Trim, edge, and clean up properties after mowing.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety procedures while working around equipment and job sites.
• Work efficiently with your crew to complete daily routes.
• Assist with additional landscape maintenance tasks as needed.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous mowing experience (professional mowing experience preferred).
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
