Description
Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable Landscape Crew Member to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Crew Leaders with landscape installations
- Operate various hand tools and equipment, power tools, and equipment
- Perform daily inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance of equipment
- Plant and maintain lawns, landscape beds, trees, and plants
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects
- Follow company quality standards and all safety procedures
- Help keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
- 1+ year of landscaping or general labor experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Capable of operating the required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills

Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold. Some weekends may be required.
