Veterinary Assistant / Client Ambassador

Join our team as an experienced Veterinary Assistant with willingness to also serve as Client Ambassador, delivering exceptional care and client service.

• Provide exceptional animal care across routine exams and advanced procedures.

• As Client Ambassador: greet clients and pets, answer phones, schedule appointments, update medical charts, process payments, assist with admin tasks, support kennel staff, maintain reception area.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Veterinary Assistant.
• Proficiency in IV catheter placement, blood draws, patient monitoring under anesthesia, surgery prep, vaccine administration, euthanasia assistance.
• Customer service and office clerical experience preferred.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, move frequently during long shifts.
• Handle a range of animal sizes and temperaments in high stress situations.
• Assist in prolonged procedures and maintain active presence.
