Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our dedicated team.
- Prepare jobsites for landscape and construction projects
- Assist with patios, walkways, retaining walls, fences, decks & other projects
- Dig trenches, perform land clearing and prepare landscape areas
- Plant and maintain lawns and garden beds
- Load, unload and transport materials, tools and equipment
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Perform basic daily equipment inspections, cleaning and maintenance
- Assist Crew Leaders with daily project needs
- Read and follow basic plans, measurements and project specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

Key Responsibilities- Prepare jobsites for landscape and construction projects
- Assist with patios, walkways, retaining walls, fences, decks & other projects
- Dig trenches, perform land clearing and prepare landscape areas
- Plant and maintain lawns and garden beds
- Load, unload and transport materials, tools and equipment
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Perform basic daily equipment inspections, cleaning and maintenance
- Assist Crew Leaders with daily project needs
- Read and follow basic plans, measurements and project specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Valid driver’s license
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus
- Willing and able to learn new tools, equipment and skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Dependable with good communication and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold. Some weekends may be required.
